Funnels are one of the most important Google Analytics features for marketers and retail sites.
Funnels are series of web pages you expect your customers to follow to complete your goals.
Once you set up a list of these pages URLs, funnels allow you to find out how many customers are going through the whole conversions/goals process, how many of them abandon, and at what stage.
When you analyse the goal funnel report, you determine exactly which pages customers enter and exit along the process.
The report helps you to improve your conversions/goals, and to optimise your customer’s experience journey.
Admin > View > Goals > + NEW GOAL > Select your goal set-up > Type your goal description and Type > Select your Destination page > Check Funnel ON > Type your Funnel names > Type your Screen/Page (these are all your required URL pages that lead customers to your goal) > Check required YES.
